"Inputs" is a term commonly used for all transactions with a particular address ever made. These transactions are mostly used to determine the ability of wallet owners to pay with bitcoins, after which they become outputs.

After transaction is included in block, it cannot be recalled or changed by anyone, this is one of main features of blockchain.
